The Counseling Team

The Lassen Community College (LCC) Counseling staff welcomes you. The LCC counseling staff is comprised of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing you with the encouragement and support needed to achieve your goals. Counselors guide students in formulating their vocational and educational plans, clarifying basic interests, values and abilities, and identifying and solving problems which may interfere with their progress.

Academic Counselor

The Academic Counselors advise all LCC students and are available on a drop in basis, as well as by appointment. They assist students in preparing educational plans, selecting courses, adding and dropping courses, and provide degree/certification evaluations. Transfer Center Assistant

The Transfer Center Assistant is available to help you plan your continued education. The transfer center provides a variety of services designed to make transfer from the community college as easy and efficient as possible. Articulation Officer/Veteran’s Counselor

Disabled Students Program and Services (DSPS) Counselor

Students with a disability qualify for Disabled Students Programs and Services are directed to meet with the DSPS Counselor. This Counselor can be reached at (530) 251-8895 or sbeckw@lassencollege.edu.

Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOP&S) Counselor
