| The Governing Board of the Lassen Community College District hereby recognizes the Lassen College Faculty Association, CTA/NEA, as the exclusive representative, within the meaning of Government Code Section 3540.1 (e), of: all full-time and part-time faculty members, including, but not limited to, instructors, counselors, librarians, and categorical non-tenure track, and tenure track less than 100% pursuant to the determination of the Public Employees Relations Board. |
