Academic Senate Committees

I. Curriculum & Academic Standards Committee -

The C&A Standards Committee is a subcommittee of the Academic Senate whose charter is to ensure that the creation and enhancement of class curriculum and other academic structures are compliant according to the standards prescribed by both institutional rules and guidelines as well as those established by the Board of Governors for the State of California.

II. Minimum Qualifications/Equivalency Committee -

The Minimum Qualifications/Equivalency Committee, a subcommittee of the Academic Senate, is responsible for ensuring consistent application of the process to determine whether or not prospective instructors meet the minimum qualifications in a specific discipline as established by the Board of Governors for the State of California.
