The mission of the Professional Development Program, as carried out through the Human Resources Master Committee, is to promote an inclusive learning culture that supports the strategic goals of the College in which all college employees--faculty, Classified staff, Confidential staff and administrators--will have ongoing opportunities to develop and expand the skills and practices that influence student learning, and support students in achieving their educational goals.
